It is medicinal soup, so please don’t change the recipe. Once you have a cold or flu, drink as many times as you can (depending how quickly you want to heal), usually cold or flu will be gone in 2 or 3 days.

One organic whole chicken (skin removed, your choice)

Peeled garlic (1/4 lb peeled garlic per lb of chicken)

Cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer, cover and simmer boil for 24 hours to 30 hours.

Try to use organically raised chicken, if you can find it. We suggest that you eat a few cups of soup every day from November to March to improve your immune system. It helps your immune system and boosts your energy level.
