Instructions for Making Black Beans

  1. Rinse 1 cup black beans.
  2. Soak black beans in water (just cover the beans), put 3 tablespoons of honey or dark brown sugar in the water, stir them
    let stand overnight.
  3. Next morning boil them with same water that you soaked them in the night before until they’re cooked (same as cooking rice).
  4. Put everything in frying pan on high heat.
  5. Stir often, until there is no more water.
  6. Eat them every day, but mostly during 5-7pm.
