Instructions for Making Black Beans
- Rinse 1 cup black beans.
- Soak black beans in water (just cover the beans), put 3 tablespoons of honey or dark brown sugar in the water, stir them
let stand overnight. - Next morning boil them with same water that you soaked them in the night before until they’re cooked (same as cooking rice).
- Put everything in frying pan on high heat.
- Stir often, until there is no more water.
- Eat them every day, but mostly during 5-7pm.
