Many immune system disorders can be caused by indigestion from eating too quickly. When we are distracted and hurry through our meal, this compromises our digestion and can lead to more troublesome issues.
To improve your immune system, prevent bloating, facilitate digestion and strengthen your jaw muscles all you have to do is…chew your food! If you chew each bite at least 20 times, you will notice an improvement in your health and well-being.
