Directions:
- Soak mix overnight
- Add 1 cup mix to 2 cups water. Cook in rice cooker.
- Blend cooked multi-grains adding enough liquid to make an energy drink.
- For additional flavour, substitute water with milk, soy milk, fruit etc.
Please store cooked mix in the fridge.
