If at night you go pee too many times, especially if you are too young for that, it is not good for your prostate/bladder health.
You would benefit from prostate/pelvic floor exercises. You need to do it every day, for no more than 3 months and you will be much better.
Drink 2 liters of liquid before 5pm, after 5pm if really needed, only sip.
In the morning when you wake up for your 1st pee, please hold it for as long as you can.
Each time you go pee, make sure to stand on your tiptoes. Standing on tiptoes when urinating has many benefits for men. First, standing on tiptoes can unblock the three yin meridians of the foot, achieving the effect of replenishing the kidneys and strengthening yang. Secondly, when standing on tiptoes, the muscles in the back of both legs contract and the amount of blood squeezed out can promote the blood in the lower limbs returns and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, thereby increasing the hardness of the penis and maintaining erection for longer. Finally, standing on tiptoes when urinating can make urination smoother and protect the prostate. It is especially helpful for men suffering from chronic prostatitis and prostatic hypertrophy.
