College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners begins regulation today

**Wen Shu Teng** is an internationally trained Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her training began over 30 years ago in Taiwan, and led her to travel to Hong Kong, then Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, cities in China, and then to New York, Brazil and Montreal. In 2002 she moved to Alexandria, where she believed that her knowledge about alternative healing practices could be most useful.
