Stretch for Tight, Achy Lower Back

This simple stretch will help alleviate lower back tightness & achiness, as well as tightness in the groin area. If you stand or sit all day at work, this exercise is for you!

All it takes is 25 seconds a day (5 x 5 second hold) to feel an improvement.
