Can’t sleep? Eat coriander (cilantro). The coriander root contains natural melatonin, which is much better than you counting sheep.

When you eat coriander in the future, save the coriander root and put it in the sun to dry. Then, before going to bed, brew it with boiling water for 10 minutes.

If you have lemons at home, they’ll make the coriander root tea even better. Simply add a few drops of lemon juice, drink 1 cup and sleep until dawn!
